We have family that live 15 minutes east of Sherbrooke and we have been staying at the Grand Times Hotel in Sherbrooke for the past three years when we visit. From the very first time we stayed there, we felt appreciated. The staff are well trained and very professional. A special shout out to Juno, who went above and beyond to make sure that all our needs were met. The rooms we've had over the years have been quite spacious and well appointed. We've been lucky to have rooms that overlook the park most of the time. We had one room that overlooked Rue Belvedere and it was not noisy at all. One visit, we opted for a Loft room on the top floor of the hotel. The room was amazing. It even had a real fireplace surrounded by leather couch and chairs. We've stayed at other properties in the Sherbrooke area over the years but we keep coming back to Grand Times because of the staff, the quality of the hotel and the location (right beside the parc and the Marche de la Gare, walking distance to two supermarkets, a few blocks from Les Vraies Richesses bakery and a few blocks further to a great section of Sherbrooke with funky stores, restaurants and sights to see). If you've never been to a Grand Times Hotel, you owe it to yourself to give it a try.

We stayed at the Penthouse level, in a large room with a spectacular view. Hotel is modern, convenient to downtown and restaurants, near the bike trails. The breakfast had everything we’d want. Nice people, very good value.

Easy in, ample parking, check in and checkout were quick and friendly. Staff was fluent in English so it made it very convenient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Well designed with a pleasant view. Elevators are fine. Nothing to complain about. A good hotel for the value. Free continental breakfast was a nice add on.

It's been a few years since I stayed here but I found it to be a great hotel and at the time the rooms were very nice and modern with attention to small details. The price was good for Canada. I'm not sure why the rating is so low now. Reading through the lowest ones it seems to me, people really expect more than they pay for. It's not like I see any reviews about safety or bug problems. That's disappointing for them. I'm not as hard to please as most. I thought it was a nice place.

Very nice hotel. These pics are the view from my window. The hotel is in the center of the city and near this gorgeous lake. The view was even better at night. Our double Room was a good size and clean. All of the worker were very nice and patient with me and my bad French! The only reason why I didn't give 5stars was because the continental breakfast wasn't the best.

Excellent hotel, nice and clean, boasting a very comfy bed and a stunning terrace with views of the park and water. As for the ceiling in the rooms… it will be nice when it’s finished!

Room really exceeded our expectations. It was quite large with a completely separate bedroom and a small kitchenette, perfect to stay in and have guests over. The view was magnificent and you can't beat the location.

A client since 2015; always my preferred place! The recent renovations are very nice A special thank you to the owners for including a glass cup of coffee in the rooms, whichI I brought with me in the morning for breakfast in the lobby I really like everything about this hotel, including its location downtown Sherbrooke, close to everything, including Coco Frutti (excellent breakfast and service) Place Belvédère a 2 mins drive and Sherbrooke University. Since the pandemic prices have gone up everywhere, and considering everything, I still chose the Times Sherbrooke for this Labor Day weekend They have a nice wine selection and the personnel is professional and friendly. The terrasse in the back is beautiful A first coffee there in the morning, a mindful moment as you can image with this beautiful view. I strongly recommend Pictures: The back of the hotel with terrasse and the view we have. This picture has not been retouched.

Comfy and spotless rooms. Very nice view (you have to ask for a room with a view in the Lake). Decent breakfast but definitely not the best you can find in a hotel like this one (bread, bagels, boiled eggs, fruits, cheese, cream cheese...). Very nice staff. The hotel is conveniently located at a walking distance from food stores, restaurants and bars (and yes, it’s also faxing the lake).

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel TIMES in Sherbrooke while on a business trip with colleagues, and it turned out to be a great hotel experience for me in Quebec. The building is new and beautifully designed, with a modern yet warm style that immediately feels inviting. Every detail seems thoughtfully considered, from the spacious layout of the rooms to the stylish furniture and quality finishes. My room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a full day of meetings. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, with great water pressure and sleek fixtures. It is clear that cleanliness and care are a top priority here, which makes a big difference when traveling. The location is excellent, right near a small market and a lovely park by the water. It is easy to walk to restaurants, cafés, and shops, and the area feels both lively and relaxed. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, offering local recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast and coffee were excellent, a great way to start the day. The hotel has a generous, open feel that combines comfort and class without any sense of pretension. TIMES Sherbrooke provides everything you could ask for in a modern, stylish hotel. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sherbrooke for business or pleasure. I would happily stay here again.
